Towneplace Suites By Marriott Charlotte Fort Mill

Nice staff and stunning location in the middle of jackson, everything was wonderful. The room was amazing and spacious with a shower and towels in the private bathroom. Location: the hotel was just next door to Fort Mill and Charlotte. Had tea and goodies at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, nestled 1 mi of the property.

It offered us stunning and particularly good location next to Charlotte and Indian Land, and Fort Mill and Charlotte. The studio suite was pet-friendly and new-fashioned.

The queen studio was convenient with amenities, but the water pressure was low.

Great place for group of friends!

This hotel is really nice for a group stay. The staff was awesome, they didn't mind us hanging out in the lobby after our show, a plus. The kitchenette in our Queen Studio was quite handy, we made our own late-night snacks and it seemed like home.

Wasn't exactly a bargain, but you get what you pay for.

The spacious Queen Studio was perfect for our large family. We enjoyed visiting Carowinds Theme Park, just a short drive away, and appreciated the clean facilities and tasty breakfast options.

My kids wished the bathroom had a bit more privacy with a full glass door.

Just a decent option for a flash visit in Fort Mill with good price value. Had to get my own dish soap, but the kitchen was well-equipped otherwise. Make sure to ask for what you need when you check in.

Comfortable stay for graduation

We spent 2 nights here for my daughter's graduation. The room was comfy and spacious, with a nice kitchen setup, would've loved to use the dishwasher if we stayed longer! A little chaotic with kids running around.

The room was very spacious and clean. Loved the comfortable beds! It had a full-size fridge and a nice kitchen setup, great for us. We didn't cook, but it was nice to have those options like pots and pans. The huge shower was a nice touch too. Enjoyed having a walk-in closet. Definitely felt roomy!

The queen studio was spacious with a kitchenette with a stove top, decent size fridge, and coffee maker. The private bathroom had a huge shower, and the closet was walk-in with a light. Breakfast was pretty good, with plenty of options, and the fitness centre was really nice too. A solid place for family stays!

Nice room with comfy beds, but no pet policy is a letdown for us.

Charming Stay with Minor Flaws

Enjoyed a lovely 2-night getaway! The room was well-maintained, though a lack of outlets near the sink was inconvenient. We appreciated the on-site dining options, convenient after long days out. Pro tip, Bring extra towels for traction on the very clean, slippery floor.

The location of Towneplace Suites in Fort Mill is fantastic, super close to new restaurants, a movie theater, and shopping spots. The room layout was spacious, providing plenty of room for relaxation. I appreciated the modern amenities, especially the comfortable bed. The cleanliness left much to be desired. I found pubic hairs in the shower and on the toilet, quite off-putting. The bathroom light bulb had dust caked on it. I reported the empty body wash pump, but no one ever came to refill it, disappointing. One of the pillows had a strong scent of cologne that was neither pleasant nor cute. The overall experience reminded me of there were several housekeeping oversights.

The hotel had a modern design and clean accommodations. A decent stay, but improvements are needed in some areas.

I recently stayed here and loved the beautiful amenities, especially the game room, and the cozy outdoor fireplace area. Although the breakfast was okay, the saltiness of the eggs was unexpected. While there was a cooktop in the room, I wish I knew beforehand as it wasn't mentioned in the photos.
